Now that this place is under new ownership, this place is great!! the ONLY place i will go in this town to have anything printed or designed! Alysia Kvasnicka is an asset to this business and i am so very thankful for her hard work and dedication to every project i have thrown at her! she has done sandwich boards, flyers, business cards and social media pages for my business and i couldn’t be more happy with her. i recommend her to everyone i know. not only does she do a fantastic job but she gets things done in a timely fashion. highly recommend this place!!

I just off off the phone with Creative Workshop and remember, again, why I do not use their services. Terribly rude and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Their cadence make the CUSTOMER feel stupid. Perhaps their service is better in person? I have not had a single interaction with this establishment that did not leave me feeling offended. In response, I haven't used their services. Time passes, I've forgoten how sour the experience was and fall down the same hole. They've expressed very poor (small business) service etiquette, again, and again and yet again. Three consectutive strikes... I am not a supporter.
In response: This review was not left in regards to the inability to take on my project. This review is in response to the way customers are spoken to and handled via phone. For the record, I was on the phone for 4 minutes (3mins49secs) until I was then told that you would not be able to take on my project. You can't take on a project, not a problem. You speak like you could care less about the person on the other end of the phone, that's a problem and am not interested in subjecting myself to this over and over again, for nothing. I looked at your reviews prior to posting mine and was aware that you met each review with a response or apology to do better and that there is a new owner, though it is apparent a new owner has not reflected on the mishandling of customers. I do appreciate your effort in response and do hope you continue to grow as a business. Personally, and from a business standpoint, this conduct is not set to my standards. I do look forward to this changing.

My husband and I own 3 businesses (a road business, farm, and Boomer’s Saloon & Restaurant). You always answer the call and value my time. I know if I send you something electronically it will get the attention it deserves and be ready when I get there. Your walk-in service to me and my businesses also receives your undivided attention. You have provided entertainment posters, rodeo and rodeo sweetheart posters, refrigerator magnets, egg carton labels, notary services, photo reconstruction, invitations, and business cards and each time you have ROCKED it.
