Be careful. If you have a disagreement they will refuse to give you editable versions of you files.
"Our policy is, the deliverable for this project is a print-ready PDF. This format provides everything needed for high-quality printing and use in its intended purpose, while also ensuring consistent results.
Native files (InDesign) contain the source components and setup used to create the final deliverable. These files are considered proprietary because they include unique design elements, fonts, and effects that are customized and often reusable in other projects. As such, retaining these files is an industry standard, as they are part of the designer’s toolkit and intellectual property.
Our goal is to provide you with a high-quality, ready-to-use product that fits your needs. Should any future adjustments or updates be needed, we’re here to help and can work with you to keep everything consistent and professional.
We have been consistently responsive to the changes requested on the artwork, and as a result, we’ve adapted quickly to each adjustment."
Communication and comprehension is poor. We explained everything upfront and were expected to pay for multiple edits after the fact when we complained we we were told to take our business elsewhere and that we were only able to receive pdfs of our files.
