In summary, despite a printing error, I would come back to this company, time and time again. I worked with their sales rep Juan on a design and order composition for several iterations, and when the hats did finally arrive they unfortunately contained an older design. This was most unfortunate also because the quality of the hats and the embroidery were so good. After emailing Juan about the issue, he immediately took full responsibility for an older design being sent over to the manufacturing team. After getting my approval and any changes I'd want to make in regards the quantity and colors of hats to be embroidered, he re-submitted the order free of charge. He then had the embroidery team send a picture of the first hat they made and wait for approval from him to continue, after getting the approval from me. He was professional, honest, and attentive, and how I would wish any sales rep would be. We received our hats shortly after the reprint, and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the product. Anytime our company is in need of apparel, we will be using Consolidated Ink.

I have used many screen printers over the last 12 years and when I started using Consolidated Ink, I never used anyone else. These guys deliver! Quality control is spot on. Communication is efficient and easy. Price is very good and fair... And they’re always guiding you through the process to make sure the final product is perfect. They always complete orders in a timely manner. They have a wide range of product to choose from and they know the goods...
