Specifically, Anthony goes out of their way to make sure your items are delivered on time and do the exact specifications needed. Every time we have to work with another shop it's not the same service, quality, or experience. You never have to worry about your print needs with AlphaGraphics.

I hate to write this new review but I am going to update it due to my recent experience this week. I had a Trophy Listing presentation that I needed printed and had submitted as instructed by Anthony with sufficient time to print. I received the unfortunate news that their machine had broken down that afternoon despite my having submitted it late the night before. For whatever reason, they decided to wait to print until later that day but my point about this review is how he handled my phone call after they sent me the bad news via an email close to 5pm. I have been a customer for many years and had enjoyed their quality of work. When I basically asked about the project not being able to be completed now in time for my listing appointment his response was "Yep". Not once, but more than once in that conversation. Never once did he apologize for the project not being finished or offer a solution. My team was listening and couldn't believe his attitude so perhaps management should have a hard look at their staff. I don't care how good your work is , you need to treat your customers as if they matter. Period. I know first hand and have known that for 25 years. I will not be going back to them as I was fortunate to scramble and find another printer who in fact not only did an exceptional job, but was nearly 50 percent less in cost! I didn't care about the cost, but the service and how I was handled this time around was unacceptable as a long time customer.

I used them a few times to print my Construction plans which have always done a great job delivering. Last time however, they surpassed my expectations as I asked if they could print my biz cards within one biz day which they did - totally earned my loyalty then. On top of that, they have great customer service as well!

Folks, if you are looking for the best print service for your event. Here it is! I am writing this as a recommendation that one shouldn't pass cause you would surely miss the great Value and Service AlphaGraphics would offer. My story and My experience: Large volume to print close to 500, about 10 categories of materials from brochures (24 pages), cards, banners, backdrops, certificates, and many others in less than 5 days. I received excellent communication, fantastic and elegant finish on the job orders, above and beyond customer service, not only by me but also by the folks who received Alpha Graphics team at the restaurant, on the university campus, and managers at the event site both during delivery and upon collection of signages. Everyone was impressed with how they cared to communicate and deliver as promised and picked up items after the event. We lacked nothing, and there was nothing that we felt that AlphaGraphics could have done. So, why wouldn't I recommend them to anyone organizing a Statewide event who needs to work with you on tight timelines to be flexible with revisions and finalization of print files? I can't ask for more. My experience had a fine finish and stellar end with printing beats any speed delivery or online printing I could think of. Thanks, Anthony.
