I needed to have a book spiral bound. I was given a quote for the work, given the shipping method and estimated time to complete.
When my book arrived I was extremely pleased.
The work was top notch. I couldn’t be happier with the-work.

I got a quote from this business because they seemed to have really good reviews but I was very disappointed with my experience. I worked with Guy, who I believe is the business owner and received a quote pretty quickly and 'after hours' as well which I appreciated. However, he informed me that the background I wanted for my business card would not be suitable, so I responded by saying that he could use a similar background that would be suitable. Apparently this "change" was added to the invoice as a $25 fee even though it was during the quote process. Even with this charge and the original price quoted, plus sales tax that I estimated, the final quote was even higher then that... which makes me wonder if Guy just has poor math skills or if he was trying to get more money out of me. I called and spoke with someone in the office who was very polite, but even though I told her the situation and she spoke with Guy, they would not budge on the final price or the necessity of having to add $25 to my order. I am a guy that does a lot of business with companies I work with and this was my first and last time dealing with AlphaGraphics. I would not recommend them.

Guy and Natasha, thank you. You provided excellent work.
When I lost my beautiful wife of 28 years Diane suddenly, our family wanted to produce a fitting tribute in a "Memory Book." With the help of a family friend graphic designer, our team of six prepared camera-ready copy of written tributes from 135 people and included almost 100 pictures.

Guy's staff produced 200 copies of an excellent 52-page full sized (8 1/2 X11 inch) full color, soft cover saddle-stitched book. Thank you again.
