Well after ordering business for my business and Podcast. I was told my order would ready in a week and I would be given notice before final draft. After a week and a half I finally start emailing about the final business card draft. Well we finally got the draft complete. I am really happy with the draft and business card. The problem no customer relations at all. I told many that I would pick up the card instead mailing them to me Florida address. I did that because I decided to stay in the San Diego area. I called many times to ensure the cards would not mailed but the cards did get mailed to Florida. I also stated I would need those cards for my podcast that I would be doing in the San Diego area. Well I talk about the importance of good customer relations in business and how important good business practices are to the mission and company success. Well they get and A on business graphics and a failing grade on customer service and relations. I tried to talk to the service agent at the front desk but she tried transfer me. I just needed to calm down and explain the importance of customer service and that their company may be needed a person that just handles the customers. That could really improve their company and be a best practice and save future business failures.

An amazing business! They are reliable, fast, thorough, and thoughtful! Kelsi always takes such GREAT care of all of my sign needs, and when we're done using them, they will cut them down to use as vision boards, scrapbook, whatever you can think of and I greatly appreciate them.

We have recently used Advance Reprographics for 2 separate jobs. The scanning of oversized 75 yr. old original architectural drawings which came out amazing with AR’s care & professionalism. Additionally, we had 10 copies of a 90-page double-sided color document printed. With the efficient completion time, together with great staff…we highly recommend Advance Reprographics!

Advanced Reprographics did an excellent job of scanning an album of colorful drawings into a 74-page PDF of 600-dpi images. It would have been incredibly tedious to do this myself. They took good care of my originals, answered questions clearly, charged fairly, and delivered exactly what they promised in a very reasonable time. Also, there's free head-in street parking. I plan to continue using them as I add to the album.

Kelsi from Advance Reprographics is nothing short of a miracle worker. Due to unexpected circumstances, I found myself in a position where on-site printing from my employer was no longer an option, which I learned about just days from a major event requiring 27 large format, high quality posters. Advance Reprographics handled a massive, complex order on short notice, and the price was right and quality exceptional. I recommend them to everyone I know.

For a low extra fee, I worked with a graphic designer on a simple layout for a business card. Since I already basically knew what I wanted and had my files ready to send, it was a quick, easy process and in less than an hour I walked out of there with my cards that look great for a very reasonable price. The next day I realized I needed more and they had them ready before they said they would. Great value, quality, and service. Staff was friendly and process was smooth. I highly recommend it.
