I really hate leaving bad reviews, but glad I was finally able to hop on a call with someone "in the know" for clarification.
Spent $25,000 on the new Epson DTF printer/shaker/dryer combo back in march, i've called at least a dozen times to get an ETA on delivery and I can't get a call back.
Total lack of transparency, 100% filing a chargeback if i don't hear from this company by end of week. This is ridiculous

We experienced a slight hiccup with our order and our sales rep, Zach, was on top of making the situation right in a timely and efficient manner. Zach was always very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we walked away happy. From the ladies in the front office, to the warehouse staff, to Zach, and his manager…The entire team is A+. As our business grows, we will most definitely return to them to make our next purchase. If you're considering purchasing the Prestige A4 printer, I strongly advise you to reconsider! We bought this printer, and it worked for only 3 months before breaking down. When we reached out to the tech support team, we were told we needed a new print head. After replacing it, the printer still didn't work, and we were then informed that the motherboard also needed to be replaced. We did that, but it still didn't resolve the issue. Next, we were told we required a bypass board and a circulation pump.
At this point, we have replaced all of the parts they sent, and the printer is still not functional. Despite having spent so much time and money on fixing a brand-new printer, we have been without a working printer for 6 months. Our business has suffered due to this ongoing issue, and we have yet to receive any meaningful follow-up from the company. I have reached out through Discord multiple times, but I have not received any responses.
I genuinely regret purchasing this printer and wish I had known how poor the product and customer service would be before making this decision. Please think twice before making this purchase, as it's been nothing short of a nightmare for us.

I bought this printer 3 months ago and you have no idea how many problems it will give you! Aside from that, the technical support is one of the worst I have ever seen; When you have a problem, they only know how to send you links so that you can try to solve the problem yourself! Buy another brand of printer! These come directly from DTF Station and the quality is one of the worst! I am extremely sorry to have bought this printer! If I had the opportunity to get my money back, I would!
