Second rate customer service. Been overcharging my employer for far too many years. Selling us used or lease return equipment. I would ask for recommendations on new equipment and after looking up the model numbers they suggest I'd find it discontinued or considered legacy by the manufacturer. They always claimed to have "a warehouse full" but it was a warehouse full of discontinued equipment.

If they wanted to sell us new (or at least new to us) equipment they would start commenting on how the parts for our existing equipment were no longer going to be available. Then I would get sent a letter that they were sent from the manufacturer stating the same thing only problem is, they got the letter over 6 months ago and parts were well gone but they only decided to tell us this until either they had depleted their stocks of used parts for our equipment or they wanted to sell us something.

Am with a different provider now and the first thing they did was go around and fix all the problems and faulty parts that my equipment has been getting over the years. In some cases they found things like retaining clips simply broken off and missing and in other cases our equipment was well outside the manufacturer recommended time frame for a maintenance kit.

See, things like Toner and Fusers and Maintenance kits were covered under our service agreement with 3D Imaging. So with our per page price each month we would get these things at no additional cost. Quite frankly they took our equipment under a fix as fail basis instead of a true "maintenance" agreement. They didn't maintain anything... they fixed something if it completely broke.

Upon switching providers I also discovered that they were charging us well over the market average for the equipment we had and our volume of use. They're definitely not the only rodeo in town but they carry on like they are.
