I am a reseller and have used this company once before. I did point out the concern on my first order which I had to fix the edges myself (some trimming variations) before handing it to my customer. I was told that if I wanted a perfect job - I had to go somewhere else. Since the price was good, I decided to give this company another chance - this time to print some business cards. They had my order for a week and as per my email communications, it was told that it would be today. Upon checking again for pick up, now I am told it would be Wednesday. Then I was asked if I wanted a rush order (which would cost more) The guy (Tony) likes to use the term "no guarantee" for timing purpose. I am happy with the five star reviews they got form other customers. I spoke to Tony and I feel he is a shifty guy. I like people that talk straight and don't give lame excuses. I am never going to use Costello Print again. Its not about the money or the quality - It's how to deal with people that is very important.

Hours are wrong, and they aren’t open for pickup during business hours. I put in an order and never heard back from them. Horrible service. Phone number no longer works either.
