Chris in the fabric and frame department was super helpful. He had the best attitude and customer service. He helped me figure out math on some tulle and I was happily surprised it didn’t cost that much. I don’t really shop at Michael’s but if you ever need help with fabric or frames Chris in Oside is your guy. Thank you Chris ☺️

Terrible service in the frame department, same girl served us when we dropped off and pick up the frame . She banged our frame 4 times against the counter top and other objects. The frame front was ok, the back was poorly done.

I was scrambling looking for a store that sold the large helium number balloons and was relived to know this store had them. The girl that answered was SO helpful and kind. She told me I can request them to pump the balloon on the app, but it could take up to two hours or I can come in and they can pick out the balloon for me in advance and all they would have to do is pump it up and it would only take a couple minutes. I chose option 2 and came in and everything was already picked out and prepared for me so all they had to do was pump the ballon I picked out and they were so fast. Topanga you are a queen! She even paused her tasks to immediately to help me And the other girl (brunette hair) that helped me pick out what color string I wanted was so kind! Thank you girls!!!

Subject: BALLOONS
Only giving 3 stars because the employees were very helpful and nice and assisted me in getting a same day balloon order in about 30 minutes. Minus 2 stars for the balloons. I got 3 mylar and about 16 latex. The mylar balloons are doing fine still 3 days later but the latex balloons were on the floor within about 3 hours of bringing them home. I'm not sure if it is the quality of the balloon that let the helium escape or what, but they did not survive. They were still inflated, but not floating. Never seen anything like it, but for how much they cost, I was hoping for a longer lasting purchase. Maybe the length of the party at least!

This visit really does feel they are improving! We came in for a whiteboard. They had it in stock. Luckily we had a coupon! Since Hobby Lobby no longer does it. Michael's captured our business. No line. Deja who was our cashier was super friendly! Waited for us to find the coupon. Please give her praise, because of her. I redact my initial review. This store not only gain our business but capture 5 star. Please give Deja kudos! Thank you for making our experience a whole lot better. Just by being nice and polite 🙂
Despite the store being messy. The staff makes up for the pleasant visit.

Like all Michaels stores, the stock has dwindled- shelves are empty and never enough staff working.
Now they've gone to only self checkout unless you're buying balloons or specialty items.
Another round of applause for customer service. Prices are comparable to Hobby Lobby which is pretty much the only other choice for crafting, but I have my beef with them too.
