We shop at this store fairly frequently for arts and crafts supplies, Cricut supplies, frames, artificial plants and flowers, various items to customize (like towels, shirts, and cups or glasses) and other things that we can’t find elsewhere!
It’s a huge store, and inventory is managed pretty well, but often they are completely out of sale items.
They will make custom frames for you, and it’s one of the few stores around selling balloons for parties or special occasions.
Their prices are very good overall, but when they are having a sale, some items can be incredibly cheap.
We will keep shopping here and will recommend it to others.

I can not say enough about the great customer service I receive (EVERY time) in the custom framing department. Brittany is my "go to gal" on ideas and what would look best for the items that I have needed framed. The moment we met, I immediately trusted her and her keen eye when it came to framing artwork.
I've had many items that I held off on framing for years, and I'm so glad I decided to take a chance and get them framed at Michael's. The 70% off custom framing special didn't hurt at all either.

I love Michael's, but I had an experience that kinda left a bad taste in my mouth. I am a painter, and live about 1.5 hours away from any Michael's. So, when I go to Michael's I make my way to the paint section first. Imagine my surprise when I saw that the Amsterdam paint was on sale for $1!!! There was maybe 4 or 5 colors left, but I was so grateful for those colors. I grabbed 2 of each color ( leaving a couple for other ppl too ) and made my way to checkout. We'll, imagine my surprise when every single paint come back as regular price! They didn't honer the price even though it was clearly marked. I do feel they should have honored the price even though it was their mistake. I walked away with no paint that day. Sad story

I like Michael’s. They always have a wide variety of items with which to create artwork. The only critique I have is the checkout process. I don’t need to be asked 1 million questions about rewards programs and other things. I just want to pay for my items and leave.

Always have great service at this location, but tonight Jane and Breanne went above and beyond to help me figure out a weird logistical thing with my receipt and a coupon. They were patient, kind, and so helpful and didn't make me feel dumb when I realized that everything was fine and I was just confused looking at the receipt. They didn't mind my fussiness at all and even before that were proactive in their helpfulness and human conversation. Give them raises!

Got a shadow box for my dad memories. I didn't carr too much for the onrs they had in store for thr flags but the actual shadow boxes are very nice. Quite the price too. They should offer military discounts. I'm just saying. But Michaels had everything to put my craft together.
