This copy of the review I posted on Yelp today.
I called the Pasadena location and asked a person named Jason if he could provide me with replacement decals for my RV. He said no problem and I drove it to store so they could take pictures and measure the the existing decals. Everything seemed to be OK and Jason took the photos and said he would get back to me with a quote. I didn't ask for anything to complicated. Just all black replacement decals. Seemed easy enough..............
I had to send several e mails asking for status on the quote. Jason replied one time saying it was coming. The quote never came or communication on the status of the quote. This Signarama location wasted my time and gas driving the RV over to this location. If this was beyond them or they didn't want to do it, they should have just said so.
Customer service and good communication needs to be improved.
I don't have a good recommendation based on this experience.

From the beginning, Eddie and his team have been professional and knowledgeable about what type of signage and material would look best with our logo and building, while keeping our budget in mind. We started working with Signarama Pasadena before COVID-19, so when our project started to resume during the pandemic, Eddie and his team were very safe and adhered to our screening guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests, staff, and themselves. Aside from his professionalism, Eddie was always in a happy mood and a pleasure to work with!

**Review for Signarama Pasadena - 1 Star**
Our experience with Signarama Pasadena has been extremely disappointing, and it has nothing to do with the product itself or the electrician who installed the sign. The real issue lies with Tobias Rodrigues, the lack of accountability from him, and the poor management at this location.
As small business owners, we were excited to get a sign for the outside of our business. We were given a price quote and paid upfront for the entire process, including pulling the necessary permits. We made our initial inquiry on May 16th, submitted our own design, and received approval from our property owner on May 23rd. We were told it would be a smooth process, taking about 10 weeks.
However, after that, communication became a nightmare. Despite following up on June 18th and 25th, there were no clear updates, and we were assured that things were just "taking time." We had already paid in full on June 10th.
At the end of July, they dropped the bomb that we needed a Master Sign Plan, something completely out of the blue that we were never informed of before. We hired them to guide us through this process, and two months after paying for everything and being told there were no issues, we found out this major obstacle. Their suggestion? Put the sign up without the necessary permits. This was completely unacceptable, especially since we relied on them to handle this correctly from the start.
Fast forward to July 31st, and still, nothing had been done. There was no communication from their end, and we discovered they never pulled the permits we paid for. The major issue was a Master Sign Plan, which our property owner didn't have, and it would have cost us another $5,000 and taken a year and a half to resolve. They did make the sign, but we had to install it inside, and they charged us another $350.
When we tried to address this with Tobias and the manager (whose name we don’t even know because communication was so poor), they refused to take any responsibility or work with us on the price. Even when we inquired about getting another indoor sign, they flat-out refused to offer any discount or flexibility.
Overall, I would give zero stars for the customer service and the way this company handles its business. The sign may be nice, but the frustration and disappointment we experienced overshadow that. As a company, Signarama Pasadena seriously needs to reevaluate how they treat their customers.

Good quality job. We had a few vehicle logo decals printed and applied by them. The turnaround was quick and they came out looking great. The installation was extra, as well as their trip to our location, but their attention to detail and willingness to keep the customer happy were worth it.
The email communications could use some improvement as, at times, there were emails with no signature and I had no idea who I was talking to.
Overall, we were very satisfied with their service.
