I was torn between using black-and-white or color photos, and Nikha took the time to understand my vision. Terrible service if you have to deal with Nikha (the owners daughter from what I can tell). Made me pay twice, I ordered photos for Canadian Permanent Residency and they messed it up twice. First not providing the correct info on the back of all of the photos I ordered. Second by not providing the digital copies that required.
Instead of just doing the right thing and compensating me, she argued with me and wasted my time. Forced to pay again. Not coming back, never dealt with an owner that's so disrespectful to long-time clients. They also don't hold records of your photos for longer than week. Who runs a service like this for legal applications without backing up what clients pay for?

I came in very last minute for notary services having an appointment the very next morning and no other way to notarize these incredibly important documents by the time I needed them. When I called ahead they informed me of what time they stop Notarizing but they graciously waited on me and were incredibly kind. Thank you again 🙂

I recently had a roll of film developed to digital (rather than prints) and they turned out awesome! Using WeTransfer made it so easy compared to CVS sending it to Kodak and getting prints and a CD back in a week+ (Walgreens is the same but 3 weeks+). When I called to ask about developing film - they were so helpful, letting me know that the next development day was Thursday so I’d likely have my photos before the weekend.
Might be a few extra dollars than CVS or Walgreens but well well worth it.

We were visiting from out of town and happen to finish one roll of 35 mm. I looked up Film stores in Napa. I have nothing but great reviews. Great customer service they help me right away. Would recommend for anyone in the area five out of five.

The girls at Photo Pro saved the day for me. I’d been so wrapped up in my dogs diagnosis with cancer that I’d forgotten to get a picture she wanted printed onto a metal backing for her birthday. I actually forgot her birthday all together if I’m being honest. I rushed down to Photo Pro and they had the picture printed in under an hour, just in time for my wife’s birthday dinner. They were very helpful, kind, and the product was perfect. Thank you Photo Pro

I should really give THREE five star reviews. The first for passport photos and helping me expedite my renewal. The second for MORE passport photos when I found out I need an international drivers license. And finally for Notary service on ZERO notice. These folks are GREAT! Bring them a problem—they solve it!
