I came to Long Beach for a conference. I couldn't take a lot of my materials on the plane because they'd just get ruined. I needed some tri-fold flyers printed. I called them around 9:00 AM. I spoke with a gentleman named Jim. He was really nice. He asked me to email over a copy of what I was looking to print. He sent me a price back in about 20 minutes. Then, he even offered to deliver them. I had copies in hand, delivered to the hotel by 1:15 PM.
The quality was fantastic. They were printed just right, folded, and sealed in shrink.
I'm very grateful to this place for their help. This was a relatively small job, but they still treated me very well.

Never had an issue until today, long time client. Got turned down cus my job was too small for it being a couple important prints that were for my college final design project, even tho I have gotten way less stuff printed before.
Got recommended to the one place that always gives me a headache: kinkos. I will be cutting my business for all my future big jobs and be letting my colleagues know not to waste their time.

These guys are the absolute best. They deliver and even went out of their way to get the business cards to me quickly when I had been the one that screwed up and sent the files to them too late for delivery. They have great customer service and it's always a delight ordering from them.

Barbara Toscano is our sales rep and she provides excellent customer service to ensure we are always happy with the final product. They consistently have the lowest prices and fastest turn around time, while not compromising on quality. We have been very impressed!

Great Service and Turn around time. I really can’t thank Jim enough for how quick the turnaround time is. I can literally order something at 10am and it’ll be ready by 1pm same day!!! Who else would take care of you like this.

I can see why this place is has so many one stars, we called Barbra to discuss a concern and offer free compensation, and she went bananas . Don’t get it knowing she is in sales. And her face book says she’s a tries to be a happy person. For from it.
Hopefully ownership will give her some real training and some personal skills that she throws off.
I hate reviews like this. But maybe it will give her a moment of truth.
