I had a disappointing experience with Xpress Graphics that I feel others should be aware of. Earlier this year, I used them to print flyers for an event. The quality was good, and their pricing was slightly better than other shops I called—so when it came time for another FREE community event, I returned and requested the exact same print job as before. I even provided the original estimate for reference.
After confirming the same quantity from that estimate, I was shocked to receive an invoice that was 55% higher than what I previously paid. When I asked why, I was told the original job had been underpriced due to an employee's mistake—and that I had “gotten a steal” last time. Instead of honoring the previous price or at least sending an updated quote before printing, they admitted they “didn’t notice.” That excuse doesn’t add up.
Speaking with the owner only made things worse. Rather than acknowledging their internal error, he acted as if I was trying to take advantage of them. I explained I had no idea the original job was misquoted—I simply asked for the same thing again. He then told me they’d just throw the flyers away and sarcastically said I “might” be able to find another company that could do it for “slightly less.”
Well, I did. Within a few calls, I found two other printers—both cheaper than what I originally paid at Xpress Graphics.
Unfortunately, this ordeal cost me valuable time and delayed my outreach. But more importantly, it revealed some troubling issues:
1. Poor employee training – A 55% quoting error isn’t minor.
2. Failure to communicate – No updated estimate, no heads-up, just a surprise invoice.
3. Unprofessional ownership – The owner deflected blame and treated me with disrespect instead of accountability.
At the end of the day, mistakes happen—but how a business handles them matters most. Xpress Graphics failed on every level of customer care, and I won’t be returning.

Xpress did a phenomenal job. We needed fast turnaround on a retractable banner+flyer printing job with local delivery, and Mike was quick to provide me with a quote right off the bat. The job was completed on time, the quality was great, and Xpress took care of the delivery as well. Great communication and amazing value for the project. Would definitely recommend!

Hands down best service every received by a sign vendor - possibly any vendor. Mike is amazing, responsive and prices are competitive. I've never worked with a faster and more reliable printing company for my business. We use them for just about all of our printing needs from flyers, promotional materials, folders and signage and everything comes back perfectly and faster than I would have thought possible. Their customer service is fantastic as well. I wouldn't use any other printing company for business or personal uses.

When I first got there the lady was very nice and they got to do my business cards, I left her my previous one with all my information to be the same, the only things to be change were pictures, she did it very well, and was happy until, I got them and they made a mistake with my phone number, I went back and they say it was my fault because I approved them, I mentioned that the only thing it was to be change was the pictures, anyway the gentleman was very rude and he offer a very small discount saying it was my fault, he made me feel he was doing me a favor, excuse me but as a business person this is not the way to treat new clients. I went to other printer and they were not only way below the price I had paid with these Xpress people but better quality as well.

My client had a booth at a trade show in Palm Desert. The booth was shipped minus the graphics. In desperation, my team and I called several printers in hopes that someone could print and deliver within just a few hours. We spoke to Mike who was very accommodating and said he could get them done for us. Even after a few hiccups with the art files, Mike got our graphics printed and to the venue in plenty of time.
