I recently had the pleasure of working with Rob from WeFixPrinters, and I can't recommend him enough. His knowledge of printers is incredibly extensive, making him a real asset for any repair needs. Communication with Rob is clear and efficient - he gets to the point quickly, ensuring a smooth and swift service.
I have a huge Epson P 20000 that was constantly clogged. Now it's working perfectly.
But what really stood out to me was how personable Rob is. It's not just his professionalism; he's genuinely friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Even my usually shy dog warmed up to him, which says a lot!

Reduced hours now in order to be more cheap and harder on customers. The store is only open now 6 hours a day and closed on weekends. Boy, if only I had my own store and can only be bothered for 30 work hours a week! What is this, are we working and living in Denmark? Oh, $40 non refundable printer diagnostic fee is a joke considering you can do it mostly yourself watching a DIY video on YouTube.
The tiny business owner, Robert and goes by Rob (no pun intended) has a poor attitude towards people and it will come back to bite him (Karma). Saying the goateed heavyset guy is a bit of a thrifty brokie and cheap dude is an understatement. You see guys like him in line at Walmart complaining about prices.
Plus if you go on eBay he has a “storefront” WeFixPrinters it seems and also Calbeach “Collectibles” where he tries to sell printer parts and other junk he either kept after a customer declined a printer repair and had him “recycle” it or vintage collectibles, aka junk he buys for $5 or less at garage sales and marks it up by 100% or more. Just kidding, no really this is a real honest review of this tiny business by a customer who won’t be back and is cautioning others to be in service of others. Godspeed!

Without question Rob is the best technician for servicing printers I have ever dealt with. With my company I have dealt with my share, and he far exceeds anyone else. Besides your everyday printers for 8 1/2 x 11 inch laser printing and a small photo ink jet printer, I have 3 large Epson Stylus Pro printers for my art printing business that Rob fixes when problems arise and also maintains for me (and we are a high production facility so we print a lot). He has saved me so many times when it comes to last minute repairs I cannot even tell you. I cannot recommend him enough.

Recently, I was involved in a fundraiser for the victims of the Lahaina fire on Maui and WFP kindly donated à printer to be auction off at the event. Tracy, Rob and Schuyler are honest, trustworthy, capable and friendly. In August 2021, my HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 3-in-1 printer stopped scanning and copying. Of course, it was just after the 1 year HP warranty had run out---and after I had recently installed four new HP high capacity ink cartridges! WeFixPrinters charged a $40 diagnostic/drop-off fee up front---which would be applied to the repair if the machine were worth fixing. Turned out a new scanning unit was needed, and it wasn't worth throwing more money at the machine. I was told that it was very unusual for this model to have crapped out as it did, since WeFixPrinters said they'd sold many of the same model and hadn't seen the problem except in my printer. They sold me a new machine of the same model (applying half of the $40 diagnostic fee toward the purchase price) and it's been working fine from day one. Best of all, since it was the exact same model as the one that broke, I was able to transfer all 4 high capacity ink cartridges to the new machine after the starter cartridges ran out. Following their excellent advice, I had taken the old printer home and left the new high capacity ink cartridges in it until it was time to transfer them over---so the cartridges wouldn't dry out or become contaminated. I strongly recommend this business if your printer stops working right.
