By far the slowest, most expensive Lab in the Valley. I stopped taking my negatives here about a year ago after I got some damaged negatives back which the owner just blamed on my camera. After taking my camera elsewhere and developing rolls at a different lab, I never had an issue, no damaged negatives ever. Absolutely their fault.
All this, on top of their "same day" service becoming next day, and even 2 day, at THE SAME PRICE "same day" used to be, I try to avoid this place. I would buy film here in emergency situations, but even then prices for film are through the roof compared to other stores, and that's if they have what you want in stock.
Final straw was requesting a scan of 1 image on a negative. Not a full roll, not multiple images, just 1 image that they said would take a FULL WEEK to receive in my email. The lab I switched to a year ago said they could turn it around in just an hour, I'll be going there tomorrow.
Insane how far downhill this place has slid.

Processing and customer service is great here, but I just can’t recommend their scans. Even the 6k Noritsu scans. Most disappointingly I have almost never gotten scans back without lines or artifacts from the scanner somewhere. Sometimes they don’t even show up until the file is exported/downsampled to 4k and it’s repeatable on other computers. Their scanner or workflow is flawed. This time was just the last straw

I really enjoyed coming to this place. The outside reminds me of an old shop from the 50's with a wholesome neighborhood customer service that you can't find anymore. It really does beat going to CVS for photos. Trust me you don't want to go to CVS. If you don't come here for photos just find anywhere else but CVS. A young woman by the name of Angie was super nice and super fast here. I mean i barely blinked my eyes and she handed my passport photos.

It's decent if your expectations are low. They tend to take double the time you're told unfortunately. I only have to come here for c41 processing thankfully. Otherwise I would never use these people.

They never bothered to email or call when my film developed here didn’t come out, so I was waiting for two weeks no response even when I had called asking for a checkup multiple times.

I needed a DSLR camera to photograph artwork and understand how to use the custom white balance on it. The staff was very helpful and patient. They even showed me how to use the custom white balance in the shop. Dog friendly. Will go here for all photo needs now.
