I took a work jacket to get embroidered here and they had me fill out a form as to how exactly I wanted it embroidered. I filled it out and left my jacket with them. 2 weeks later they email me an invoice for the jacket and I pay. I respond to their invoice email and inquire as to how long it will take to get my one item embroidered, and I never receive a response. It has now been one month and I have called and emailed multiple times with zero response from them whatsoever. They are very unprofessional in regards to not responding to emails from customers who have paid for their service, nor updating them in at least with how much longer it will take. I do not recommend this place whatsoever as they just leave your items on the back burner and forget about you altogether, even after you've paid.

I have came to them on a couple short notices with a high count order. They have been able to get product to me as needed, close a couple of times, but did come through. I continue to go here because of their quality of their DTG printer. Outstanding. I would recommend, however I would recommend giving them at least a couple of weeks to complete. They are able to complete faster, but does become scary at times. Thank you though Jesus and crew for your help.

Was quoted 20.00 per shirt just last week. I explained that I wanted a front and back image and I was told that it would be more expensive because it couldn't be screen printed. I said ok what would the total price be and was given a total of $200.00 plus tax and whatever the fee was because I didn't have a resale license. I was also told they would be ready before Christmas.I go in today to place the order and a different guy is help me out and now the price was going to be 30.00 a shirt and they wont be ready before Christmas. This was going to be gift for my family and friends and I was going to place a bigger order in 2020. I'm artist and this experience was not what I expected out of a place I was told help artist.
