When I first received my custom paint by numbers kit I was very pleased. It was a good representation of my photo and arrived quickly. Unfortunately, after painting one of the dominant colors I realized that the paints had been miss labeled. So everything that I had painted was the wrong color and it’s too dark to paint over. When I called Texture of Dreams a recording told me to Email any concerns. I have emailed photos and a detailed message and have received no response. So it was a total waist of money and time.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered and paid for two floating frames. Received only one of them with no hardware at all. Website said wood frame, but it was four pieces of plastic. Very disappointing

I don't know why the rating is low for these guys cause I got a beautiful painting of my friend's dog done and it turned out fabulous.. The person I gifted it to cried when she opened it because it was identical to the photo, bigger and colorful. It was shipped for free and it is of great quality. Thank you for your craftsmanship.... ❤️

I was not impressed with my 36x48 floating frame. The frame arrived in four pieces with two ends chipped. It is plastic, cheap, and unbecoming of a $125.00 purchase. I tried contacting the company numerous times to return their product. No luck!

I’ve been messaging this company for three days straight. My order got delivered in a wrong address and it’s sooooo frustrating when no one answers you!
