I ordered some items to be printed online, and they were ready the next day. Pricing and service were great... not easy to find these days. Also, when I discovered I needed to make an edit to an order I already placed, I called the store and Angelina was fantastic; she had me email the corrected file so she could edit the order. Very happy with the entire experience.

Mary Ann was working at the print station. Maybe the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. She was short with me and 1000% unhelpful and rude. Any chance she got, she tried to defer me to the website or literally anybody else so she didn’t have to work or help me. Not only was she unhelpful and rude, but she was irritating slow and degrading to her coworkers.

I was there today and a few days ago to have my thesis project covered as a book. I had everything ready and just needed someone at the prin station to help me with the cover. Mary Ann was at the print station both times and she was THE WORST. She was beyond rude to me and ignored me both times, she doesn't even listen to customers. First time she said today is late and nobody's here to help you, at 2:15 pm. Second time, she saw me waiting in the line and when it was my turn she smiled and said: I can't help you (without listening to me) and everybody else is at lunch, while "everybody else" were standing in print station. If you need help from print station you won't receive it at this branch, save your time and go somewhere else.

Whoever is working in the print and copy area right now demonstrated terrible customer service. She couldn't have cared less if the project I needed to do was done or not, to the point where I wasn't getting any help from her that I left and she still didn't care. I asked for help finding the image I had emailed them and all she did was say that it was on one of the drives on the computer. There were over a dozen on the computer and I couldn't find my image and she still declined to help.

The print guy, Joey i think. was super helpful and went out of his way to print us temporary banners because their 3rd party printing people messed up our order. Even went as far as having them delivered same day. Such great customer service from the print center!
