Spencer was great at servicing our Plotter and HP Printers at our office. He was quick and very knowledgeable. Beats the price of hiring the techs at the manufacturer. I would call Spencer for all your heavy-duty printer requirements for home or office, he's a real specialist and not to many are like him out there. Glad to have found him!

Most repair techs are either shady or just middlemen working for another company but NOT Spencer of Socal Image Techs. He is the owner and was super nice about getting our HP office printer fixed (we have 10+ printers at our office and our staff requires everything). We needed him now 2 times and he was able to fix our situation each time with ease and was very nice about the whole process.

Bought a used ZT411 printer that arrived with a broken touchscreen and I was unable to print any jobs. I reached out to SoCal Image Techs for help and to get a quote on replacing the screen. Spencer returned my call right away (on a Sunday) and was able to walk me through steps over the phone to troubleshoot, hard reset and get my printer online and working properly in record time for no charge! He saved me $300 on having to replace the screen. This type of customer service and honest business practice is so unbelievably refreshing. He has earned our business for life. I would give more than 5 stars if i could. A+++ business. Thank you guys!

This guy is a complete flake paid him close to $700 and my printer still doesn’t work said he’d get it up and running even though I could purchase a refurbished printer on E-bay he convinced me to pay for his services and garunteed he would get it up and running like new. Now I’m out $700 and am in the same position I was before I paid this clown

I haven't set foot in this store and I give it a five star, precisely because I didn't have to set foot in the store. I had the printer in my trunk going there, I thought I'd call before going. I was told not to come in. I was then told how to take care of the issue. It was not a super complicated issue, alright, but they could have charged me a good $75 for it. Instead they gave me free advice that solved my problem. What do you know?
