I shared my vision with the team, the colors I wanted used, and the images I wanted - something that jived with the setting as well as the message. Been working on a quote with them for weeks. Each time I speak to someone new who doesn't know what's going on and says they'll get me a quote by the end of the day. It's been a month of this.

Saying it takes time to figure out costs is an excuse. You're a sign company you know the cost of a post as does anyone who simply searches on Home Depot it's not hard. This is not an atypical project for a sign company this is a regular service call as stated by another sign company who did give me a quote. Your people messed up just take ownership over that instead of making up things.
