Their website has ssl security errors and dns not managed properly. Rwprints.com goes to a web server default page. Visiting in person I was told to just email them my business card order and it would be ready in a few days. Upon return to pick up the order I was told it was never received. So, their email doesn't work either. Very poorly run local business. This is one reason why local is dying and online is surging.

The atmosphere of the store is clean and friendly. I have to say, it's one of the best and well organized print shops I've been in. The QR Code decals I requested was done in less than 24 hours and the price was great compared to numerous shops I visited in the area. Unfortunately, the black in my QR Code decal is more of a grayish black, which makes it hard for cameras to detect and read. David said it was due to the quality of the image I sent in, but it was downloaded straight from LinkTree. Now I have two QR Code decals that can't be used because they can barely be detected by camera and they look older than the 3 year old decals I already have on my vehicle. The differences in black didn't stand out to me until I put the QR Code decals up against my vehicle near my other decals. I'll give the benefit of the doubt that it wasn't known that the QR Code decals should be dark black instead of a grayish ashy black. We both learned something, but it seems to be at my expense since I can't use them.

Blown away by the service!
Wife & I were in LA for a conference. We needed a print shop we could depend on that could turn an important job around quickly, as in same day. We searched google and found RWPrints. Read the reviews and the choice was obvious - RW Prints. We emailed the file late and night and early the next morning David confirmed receipt. Pricing was fair and he even through in an item we needed to display the print he did for us. I'd give six stars if I could. Don't take a chance, use this family owned small business and you won't stress the details.

I've been using RW Prints for years. They print our architectural and engineering drawings fast (it's usually ready in less than an hour) and prices are very reasonable. The owner David is always happy to serve us and very friendly. The best print shop in the South Bay by far.

The store even has a laser cutter!! It's rare to find these around Torrance. Great for model building and cutting plastic accurately.
