5/5 for turnaround time and print quality. However, 0/5 when it comes to invoicing and billing if you need it for work to get reimbursed.
They sent me a quote and credit card authorization form approving $1175+taxes, but charged my card $2750 across two charges. Print job was a month ago exactly, and I still haven't gotten Jesse to (1) correct the charges, and (2) send me an invoice so i can get reimbursed.
They are not responding to my emails and texts. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I found RushMyPrints out of desperation when I needed a banner produced for a client at a conference across the country in CA. A certain 3-lettered shipping company sat on our 2nd-day Air shipment for 6 days, so I needed a miracle. RushMyPrints produced and delivered a high-quality replacement banner to the event facility ON A SUNDAY. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend!
