Overall nice company but they have only one forklift driver who can unload loads from Canada. Please donโt go there early as they will not unload you early. Most importantly the facility does not provide rest rooms for the drivers which is inhumane. When the forklift driver will arrive to his work at 0730AM only then you will get unloaded. Good luck everyone.

Im totally disappointed with this company!! I was here before my appointment but they didnโt off load my Truck, also the warehouse staff was not good, they repeatedly abusing n causing unnecessary delays in the off loading.

I would give zero stars. Unorganized, slow and just annoying. Zero respect to driver because they just waist time unnecessary. Staff is arrogant and unfriendly, just unprofessional. Companies like those should train personal the minimum manners and how to communicate.
I had a delivery what was absolutely smooth in everything. So it might be dependent on what time/shift you arrive. Couple days ago I was there 12:10 pm and left 12:58. For this I upgraded it to 4 stars.

Seeing all the previous comments about receiving here it's amazing people still deliver here.
We drove by 7 hours before our appointment nobody to check in with. Went and parked. Came back 40 min before, had to wait until after our appointment to check in. Got told we were 8.5 hours late?
Dude likes to yell down at you also like you're not standing right below him at the dock. Unprofessional.

Very bad experience my appointment was on 7 am and i reach here 5 am. No one in the office and forklift guy just do time pass he doesnโt want to unload more than 1 truck in their shift. He just wait for their end time of the shift. Morning guys are best and willing to work

Unload you very quickly if you have a appointment time.
CheckIN dock 13,move your axle to the end trailer,once back up to the dock remove your RED airline and lock it.
