ProGroup has excellent customer care. Their service is top notch and the work orders are done well. One of the reasons I like about them most is that they have a quick turn around time with the prints and their printing supplies ship out immediately. We get our paper the next day, sometimes even the same day! The pricing is very competitive and I find that their great customer service is such a valuable tool in making their customers keep coming back for repeat business. Thank you guys, you rock!!!

I have been a customer before the company was purchased by progroup from CTI. Then a customer of progroup for several years after that. I used to get such good service from them, now all I get is the runaround on who I'm supposed to order from then I never get my order. I call and now the email has changed, or the person no longer works for the company, and I still do not get my order. I will be looking for another supplier.
