I contacted Prints On Wood the week of Valentines Day. I was interested in having a photo of my husband and I blown up on wood to hang above the piano. We just moved into a rental after selling our home faster than expected. After a really hectic and crazy year, I wanted something special. I had a wonderful experience with WoodSnap. Before placing my order, I called to ask a question and they returned my call promptly. I was wondering if there would be any problem printing my skin color, as a Black woman. Julie from WoodSnap was very responsive and my prints turned out great. She gave me the option of seeing a proof before it was printed and I approved it. The shipping and handling were also timely and great. I will be ordering more prints from WoodSnap soon. From start to finish...
Top tier quality control-I have purchased prints from this company twice, these occasions were years apart, and they have continued to exceed expectations. The staff- I do not recall having ever experienced such incredible customer service. The products- they go out of their way to ensure that your package remains pristine until it arrives at your door and the prints are absolutely beautiful. Bottom line-I absolutely love this company. If you require your photograph or artwork "printed" on wood or tile or if you want to create a truly special gift, please do yourself a favor and work with prints on wood.
Honorable mention: Julie with customer support is absolutely fabulous. If all companies had a Julie I truly believe the world would function much more smoothly. She is exactly the kind of person any brand would want to have represent them. I honestly wish that I could hire her myself.

I found WoodSnap after browsing the web for a 5 year wedding anniversary gift (wood) for my husband. I wanted to have our invitations printed on wood. I used their chat feature to ask some questions regarding how the invitations might look etc. Julie not only provided details but let me send her pictures to review and we even spoke on the phone. She was super helpful and nice! She followed up multiple times throughout the process to ensure everything was as expected. It was honestly one of the best customer service experiences i have ever received from an online purchase. Not only was their team amazing but so is their work.
