Two different clubs from our high school ordered graduation sashes from this company. Our order was a bit last minute, but they confirmed that they would be ready by the date we needed them. That date came and went with no response from the company after several emails and phone calls. We finally received an email the night before graduation stating production issues and our graduation sashes would not be ready. They offered a refund and a $30 compensation for any future orders. We had placed a $700 order. I’m still receiving invoices that payment is due although it was already paid and I was told I was being issued a refund. Do not order from this company!

Attention: CLOTHING COMPANIES BEWARE!!
1. They are not actually at the location on Google. They are out of another screen printing company store across town.
2. The hours of operation posted on Google and website are not accurate. On repeated occasions, they have closed before the posted closing time.
3. They do not have a sense of urgency with orders. You will have to consistently reach out to them to confirm your order. If you do not say anything after you drop off your merchandise, they will not reach out to get what you need.
As a small business owner new to the San Diego area, this experience has been very disheartening. They told me a certain date that my merch would be done, I scheduled a photoshoot around that. Days before on multiple occasions I attempted to pick up my “finished” merchandise DURING BUSINESS HOURS to be left standing infront of a locked door resulting in cancellation of my photoshoot which is pushing back my clothing drop.
This is the worst experience ever!

I bought a couple hundred shirts from this place, and the print quality was amazing! I was really happy the way they came out and I was surprised by how fast they were able to complete my order! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get some screen printing done. I will definitely be back for more projects.

We just needed a name embroidered on a Christmas stocking. No such luck, being Dec. 23 everyone was closing down. Then we came across this place. The gentlemen gladly took us in & said it would be ready the next day, Dec. 24. Sure enough it was. The store is huge and has a variety of clothing. Go check them out. You won't be sorry.
