Look at your passport photos very carefully when it's shown to you on the digital camera's viewfinder screen. If it ends up looking bad, you're stuck with those photos. I had mine taken and couldn't see the double chin in my photo on the tiny digital viewfinder (very difficult to see in a darker space without your glasses). I also didn't get a mirror beforehand to check that my sweatshirt wasn't lopsided and to re-apply makeup if needed. I called the next day to see if the photo could be re-taken but was told that re-taking photos for cosmetic reasons goes against their store policy. Many stores will show you a larger image of your passport photo on a computer monitor and confirm that you're satisfied with it. Not sure why they don't do that here.
I don't want to look at a passport for 10 years with a photo of a big double chin and a lopsided shirt, so going to get my photos taken somewhere else. This place epitomizes the saying that you get what you pay for.
RESPONSE: I didn't see a mirror and the person taking the photo certainly didn't point one out to me. I was very briefly shown the tiny digital viewfinder on the camera when I didn't have my eyeglasses on (they are not permitted in passport photos). I assumed I'd be shown a larger image on a computer or that the photographer was very skilled and took a great shot. It turned out that neither of these is true.
If you have a 10 year passport and don't want to look at a hideous photo of yourself for 10 years, go to a photography studio and get it done right. There are plenty in the area for just $30.
I should have read the other negative reviews before coming here. What a waste of time.

Bad experience because of the store manager’s attitude. I was there to take my passport photos, it ended the photos are unqualified for my application. I called the store to ask if I can get my photos retaken for free, which is supposed to be part of their customer service according to what I paid for only 2 photos. I got the manager’s answer said it was my own fault to wear inappropriate clothes, they’re not responsible for remembering all the dressing requirements for applying passports. I am frustrated with their attitude on the basis of recommendation from my friends. Please make sure you know exactly everything you want before you go to this store!!!

This place many things to offer. Can edit digital photos for passport size, can take passport size photos for US, Canada, Europe and China . We can also get our documents notarized . They can take passort size photos for toddlers and new borns also.

their staff is supper supper nice and helpful.
i came there 3minutes before they close the shop but the staff is still willing to help me for taking the passport photo and even being late for his own priority after work and i feel really sorry for that.
Though for me being late, he is still trying his best to provide the best quality of photo for me. And the Chinese embassy is really picky for the passport photo and the staff is really patient and willing to address any extra concern and help me as much as he can after i received the original photo.
Hopefully my passport renewal will be approved and thanks again.

You should heed the other reviews talking about the attitude of the store manager. Throughout our entire interaction, he had this abrasive "trust me bro" attitude, and wouldn't allow any questions. Photo was taken quickly and he started getting frustrated when I asked whether we could retake it. Just felt like he wanted me to get out of his face as quickly as possible.
Also this was not because the store was busy. It was completely empty. I think the owner just lacks basic care for his customers.
On the bright side: photo quality was good. I ended up not using it as a matter of principle and got it done elsewhere.

Highly recommend this place for passport photos! Don't waste your money like i did this past week going to other places like Walgreens! Lighting on my photo is now perfect! Very professionally taken (i could tell from the way he held his camera and handled the lighting really confidently). No wait time. Great service. Exact same reasonable price as every where else.

Got the best passport photos for me and my baby here. He was so helpful for getting it just right, it was fast, and the quality was much better than other places like FedEx or Walgreens! Get your kids done here cuz they will do what they can to get it right
