Platinum Print USA blew me away! From the moment I reached out, their team was professional, fast, and incredibly helpful. I had a last-minute project that needed to be printed perfectly—and they delivered above and beyond.

The print quality? Flawless. Colors were vibrant, lines were crisp, and everything looked polished and premium. They clearly use top-of-the-line equipment and take pride in their work.

What really stood out was their communication. They responded quickly, answered all my questions, and made sure every detail was right before printing. It felt like I was working with a trusted partner, not just a vendor.

Platinum Print USA did such a fantastic job of providing us with their Same Day Decal Printing Service. We provided them with a Proof early Saturday morning and within an hour they provided a production proof and upon proof approval they started printing. The decals came out perfect and their pickup department was super accommodating to stay open the extra 5 minutes for us to arrive for pickup. I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with this print shop. I do not recommend them to anyone who expects basic quality, integrity, or respect.

I ordered invitations and name cards for a company event and experienced multiple serious issues:

1. Terrible print quality and finishing – The trimming was completely inconsistent. Every invitation was cut differently, with some missing major design elements and others leaving thick white borders. The print alignment was off, and the paper was cheap and glossy despite my request for a matte finish.

2. Color printed completely wrong – The name cards were supposed to have a subtle beige floral background (created in Adobe Illustrator), but they printed them with a heavy black floral design. Instead of checking with me before printing, they blamed my file without taking any responsibility.

3. I missed my event deadline because the materials were so badly printed that I couldn’t use them. Despite this, they refused to give me a refund.

4. When I went to the store to explain the issue in person, the owner refused to speak to me, and dismissed me rudely. I couldn’t help but notice I was treated with particular disregard—perhaps because I’m an Asian woman. I was calm and polite, but they made it clear they had no interest in resolving anything respectfully.

5. Worst of all, they asked me to leave my misprinted samples and visual proof at the store, claiming they needed them for review—only to throw them away and again refuse to refund me.

This business not only lacks print quality control, but also basic ethics and customer service. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a vendor. Avoid this place if you care about your event or your money.

Amazing service! Had a last minute printing to do on Saturday at 11:30P for a meeting on a Sunday morning and they were able to help and made it very easy! Thank you so much for making it happen, you saved me as we can’t find anyone else open 24/7 anymore, so thank you so much!

I realized this print shop is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. There was no proper way to choose paper types—no samples displayed, no paper catalog, nothing.

I waited for a long time while the staff kept busy with other work and barely acknowledged me. When I finally asked about paper options, they just picked a few random scraps from the corner of a table—not official swatches or paper books, just leftover pieces lying around.

I specifically asked for matte paper, and they handed me a glossy sample, saying “matte is similar to this, pretty much the same.” I was in a rush and trusted them.

But when I received the prints, everything came out glossy, not matte, with huge color differences and poor cutting. The overall quality was nothing like what I expected or what I was led to believe.

This place seriously lacks basic standards and quality control. I do not recommend them for anything time-sensitive or professional.
