At other stores it usually takes 2-4 business days (so this spot would be ideal for tourists and travelers visiting Universal). The quality was great and the service was quick, friendly, and straightforward. I was able to pick up my negatives same day because it was so fast. I paid $29.54 with tax. Thank you!!

He went above and beyond to help us digitize our negatives of precious family memories. Then, due to user error on our side, he patiently worked with us to obtain the files.
