They were so helpful with my copy job, I had some family photos scanned for my wedding and the scans came out really well and they made sure it made it to the correct email address. I was charged $65 for printing less than 50 pages of normal typing on normal plain printer paper (absolutely nothing special about it). When I complained to the owner that that pricing was outrageous she replied, "Well, honey, you didn't ask me how much it was going to be did you?" No, I didn't. I thought you would act like a professional business and charge a reasonable price. Not asking how much something will be is NOT an excuse for charging exorbitant prices and completely ripping people off. Not to mention the owner was incredibly rude. Patt's has lost my business forever.

Just stoped by Patt’s to pick up some scans and I was asking the young gentleman in front for help, the rude woman sitting at her desk yells from across the room that he could not help me. Once we figured out the situation I told her she should be a little politer to her customers and she immediately got defensive telling me “I should no what I need before I enter her store” and “she’s not there to help me”. I informed her that she should brush up on her customer service skills and after reading the other yelp reviews it’s very obvious I’m not the only one who has experienced this. I feel bad for her employees she is disrespectful and acts like they can’t do there job. I will never come here again!!!

Very unprofessional. I called to ask about their Fed ex drop off. The person that answered the phone could not give me a straight answer on what kind of Fed ex shipping supplies they had on hand. He kept giggling and with a mocking tone said "it's in the box" and "I don't know." I kept asking pointed questions and he would not answer directly. I finally asked "Aren't you the only FED EX Drop off in town?" At that point, I got his attention and he said "well, there's Copy Store." I said thank you and hung up. Won't be calling on them anymore.
