Came here looking to print business cards. I wanted to print 500 business cards. First, why was I being charged $200 for 500 business cards that felt and looked the same quality as the staples business cards. I am not at the scale yet where I need bulk business cards (i.e 10k+ cards). Second, I did not like customer service from the front desk. I was being tossed around numbers everywhere and quantities, and as someone deciding how much business cards to obtain and the price im willing to pay, it would've been nicer if the presentation of these options was better. Coudlve been as simple as getting a piece of paper or something so I can look over it and take my time deciding what I wanna purchase. The lady helping me seemed genuinely uninterested in helping me. Coming from someone who could've simply ordered cards online, I decided to help out smaller in person business rather than the big dogs like canva or Staples. But overall, the cold experience I had at this store got me really upset and disappointed. I wasn't even angry. I was just sad.

I recently purchased a set of custom shirts for my business, all came with prints that were off center from the backline and were misaligned on my business name placed on the chest. I expressed all of these concerns from the sample graphic they sent me before final printing and they assured me they would not come out misaligned. When I got my pack, yeah, my business name was too far to the right and just looks terrible when seen from the frontside. When I asked about a reprint that I would pay extra for, or just a refund, they told me they'd contact the manufacturer, but I have been ignored afterwards. I would not recommend this place for any sort of custom shirt design, even a basic one like small front facing text.

They are great if all you want is a menu/sign made but if you are a restaurant stay away. As we all know restaurants are constantly changing their prices orb does not care they will ignore your emails for price increase stickers for weeks maybe months costing you thousands of dollars in potential profit while you wait. Restaurant do yourself a favor and go with someone else who has better customer service and doesn’t ignore you. after all as we know the customers are ultimately the ones who pay are bills.

Been coming here for about 7 years. Last time I came for some brochures, paid for them in full. Told the young guy who took my order to please not them come out one side upside down like the mistake they made last year. Last thing I told him before leaving, reminded him to make sure. Receive the brochures and what do you know, one side is upside down, just looks unprofessional. Called, the young guy was useless, no customer service skills, let alone basic phone etiquette what so ever. Owner said he was in training for a few months already, did not offer any reasonable solution. Only offered "a discount on my next year's order" instead of a partial refund which is what I requested. After this being my print place for so long, I can easily recommend you to not come here. If they can't be loyal to long time customers on a little $300 order.. find another place!

I had always seen ORB because I live down the street and always drive by. I don't know what took me so long to finally inquire/use them for my business but I'm sure glad I did. I've done all my business cards, banner, flyers and now I will be doing vehicle decals which I'm sure will be just as great.
Prices are reasonable and the quality of the print and design and overall customer service from this company is always above and beyond my expectations.
