Terrible. I parked out front today and didn’t realize it said whatever business parking only, the lady came out of nowhere screaming at me that she owns this place and I can’t park there. I will
Never spend my money at her establishment and will also tell everyone I know not to go there either. Some kindness in pointing out my mistake could have gone a long way.

I’ll also be sure and park there every single time from now on

Love Ms Dragon! Debbie has been here 30+ years and she runs everything herself. I love supporting female-owned small local businesses, and I love not having to leave Altadena to get my printing needs accomplished. She does a great job for a great price, and she’s a lovely person. Her hours aren’t accurate online- here’s her business card with her correct hours.

This store practices discrimination based on medical condition. The proprietor has no qualms in asking for private medical information right before serving you. Buyer beware: It may turn into an uncomfortable conversation, if she doesn't like what she hears. It was for me. I was happy to take my business elsewhere, but it's still shocking to run into such bigotry in 21st century California!

Rude!! I called to order business labels and this bitter woman answered lacking basic customer phone service. She was hostile when I was trying to understand the different options that she offers. No worries, won’t be getting business from me!
