Yesterday, I waited 25 minutes just for a guy (not the owner) to print a pdf I emailed to him. There was no and I mean no sense of customer service. The customer before me asked about a poster on the wall and this guy literally stopped working and talked about as many related posters/pictures on the wall. In the meantime, a Caucasian woman came into the place of business the guy behind the counter proceeded to assist this lady instead of me. I interrupted and said I am next, and I have been waiting for 25 minutes. I need you to print the emailed document I sent you. The lady asked another question and he continued to assist her. He tried to close out the lady's transaction, but she reminded him I was there first. He finally went in the back to retrieve my printed email. He was still answering the lady’s questions seemingly determined not to honor my place in line. Well, last night I ordered a new printer even though I don't do a lot of printing.

A Great Place to address all your needs for office supplies. To go and check out the Rock posters of the concerts and meet the owner Bill who promoted the shows at Frenchy's in Hayward is well worth the visit. The staff is really cool.
