LNL3D is simply great! They have an AMAZING customer service staff, make quality 3D products that are quick turnarounds and get back with you quickly. They are all things 3D including selling printers.
I needed a solution for my Google floodlight camera that I was installing. I needed an accessory mount that would hold the base of the floodlight horizontally. I found an .STL (eave mount) online that would do the trick and asked LNL3D if they were able to print it in the color I needed. Not only were they able to do it, they made a quick turnaround of it. When I speak of quality, I dropped the mount a couple of times as I was installing the floodlight camera, at least 10 ft. Did it break? Nope! Sturdy. Fit like a charm too!!
I'll be coming back often and supporting this local business. Hey Michael F....THANKS again!! You made the whole experience amazing and sorry I didn't get a chance to meet you when I swung by to pick up the mount!! Next time.

I have purchased vulcan model as my first printer. The reason was: machine work cube and customer service. Two most important factors. LNL - Michael proof it to me already multiple time by always getting back to me via call or sms, solving issues that are not necessary their fault but in big portion part of my luck of experience. Now days customer service is impossible to find. Machine is solid build, and very simple made, where as you learn improvements are easy to implement at very reasonable cost. If you looking for dual extruder printer with capability to print big parts I recommend Lnl 3d printers.

I contacted LNL3D to ask whether they could scan and 3D print some interior car parts for me. Michael went the extra step to make sure the pieces would turn out perfectly. The quality of the printing looks very clean. I also provided them with some files that I found online, and they were able to get them printed for me as well. I would use them again for any future projects. Great customer service and great pricing as well. I highly recommend this place for custom 3D printing.

The most amazing company ever I bought the duel independent Extruder 3d printer off of them had no idea what I was doing and gave them a call, they helped me out with everything. A short time later it clogged up and when I unclogged it the extruder broke and was unusable so I gave them a call and was met with a friendly guy named Mike and he solved my issue without any hassle they are a amazing company if your looking for a company who will stand behind there products it’s these guys if your looking for good customer service it’s these guys if you are looking for quality all around it’s these guys!!! my prior printer was a longer lk1 they had no support and couldn’t find a lot online but people helping based off of there own failures, these guys are real people who answer the phone and are actually helpful

Got a Tenlog printer from them about a year ago. It's a great filter that has had a few issues along the way. The three issues it did have were resolved almost immediately under warranty. LNL's customer service has been great the whole time. Any replacement parts I needed were shipped quickly.
