Responed quickly to our call about a very old Brother's Laser printer. Mike gave us an honest evaluation that it was going to me more expensive to fix it than to buy a new one. Has taken good care of all our apple products thru the past decade. has always been, fast, reliable and sincerely honest. Has been our techie for both our personal and business offices always with excellent service and expert and timely knowledge. Our only regret is that our office machines do not break down often enough to be able to get to see Micheal on a regular weekly basis like we do most of our other service providers and vendors, (yeah he is that good and reasonable enough to wish that).
