Very disappointed. I spoke on the phone with this company Friday who told me to send them an email with my file that needs to be printed, which I did instantly. I followed up and let them know I sent the email and also responded to their automatic reply email with my information and when I needed the print by. Fast forward to Monday morning (the day I need my print for class) and they tell me they haven’t printed it and won’t be able to have it ready until Tuesday. Nope. Not going to work. I will never use this company and I don’t recommend anyone else does business with them either. According to other 1 star reviews I see, this seems to be a recurring issue. STEP IT UP!!! Hopefully this is the last time they do this to a potential customer.
