What a great experience! The original document I shared wasn’t the right quality, and they immediately responded that it wouldn’t work. They were able to find the logo and they ended up getting an image that was better than what I had originally sent. The flags I ordered are great quality, the picture I added doesn’t do it justice. So happy with the product, very high quality and I could not be happier with how it turned out. Highly recommend this company, great customer service and great products.

I highly recommend this place!! The employees are INCREDIBLY helpful and friendly- and funny!
I called around to a few other San Diego embroidery spots and either the customer service wasn’t as great or the prices were astronomical or their machines were broken or they were commercial and wouldn’t take my small project.
I walked in to get a couple shirts embroidered but had no idea about font, color, etc. they helped me troubleshoot what I needed and printed out templates so i could actually see what the words would like like before they stitched them on. Turnaround time is great as well. Will post a follow up when I receive the shirts back.

Excellent customer service! Tony is my go-to for embroidered logo jackets for my small professional office. He provides color consultation and samples as necessary until you dial it in. This is especially helpful to small businesses or teams who don't need 100 shirts! And very reasonably priced. KNB is centrally located within blocks of I-15...parking is street or behind the business.
