I have been a customer of Imperial Printing for many years, through two sales of the company and learning curves of the new employees which were inconvenient, but I am loyal and always appreciated that they eventually became helpful again. i run a busy business and understand employees needing to be trained. But this last sale has been a disaster. I actually walked in and got a lecture about how they don't have the time or man power to handle my personnal print job. And that they wouldn't be able to do my job unless it was print ready on a PDF. I had spent hours in the morning , sizing each photo to make their job easier. And I get yelled at for not doing it the way they want it done. I believe the sign outside still says they are a PRINTING company, but the lack of customer service and rudeness is too much to take. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I stopped in there to get a document printed on to a 24x36 sheet. There was a miscommunication and the man at the counter thought I wanted the imagebblown up as well, so when he brought it out, I asked if it is possible to just get the same image transfered to the 24x36 without making the image bigger and that I apologized. He crumpled up what he printed with a frustrated attitude and walked into the side room and from the side room spoke very loudly "thats not what you told me"... "you said to blow it up". This was spoken in a very rude tone of voice. Once he came back out he acted pleasant like nothing happened. This was not a very pleasant or professional experience. I believe I will be taking my future business and referrals elsewhere.

I’ve been a customer of imperial printing the last couple years and things were great. Today however things changed. Today I spoke with Ben on the phone and received one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. He was rude and proceeded to argue with me over the phone. I don’t know many business that argue with their customers it’s so unprofessional. I tried to tell him what we did before and basically said it wasn’t true with a quick Nope. He made me, the customer feel like I was in the wrong and instead of trying to remedy the situation he just talked over me many times arguing about it. When asked to speak to a manager he said they don’t have one and when asked to speak to the owner he said they have nothing to do with this situation either…..crazy. Glad imperial printing is doing so well they can throw away a constant customer so easily. Their product was good but to have such poor quality in customer service will make me walk away forever.

I've been using Imperial Print for nearly a decade. The last few times, they have saved me due to a lack of preparation on my part, and the quality is not only exceptional, but they're able to cater to my urgent print jobs.

They were amazing before they changed owners. Now their customer service is terrible. They are rude and unhelpful. We took our business elsewhere.

Shocked at my experience today. Went in to print pictures for Christmas cards, I got there just after 11AM, their close time on Saturday is 12PM. when I got their I emailed them the file, after a few tries they were unable to get it to the correct size because it was a JPG, not a PDF. So I used an app on my phone to convert it to a PDF and resent it to them. I would think it should have been simple; I just wanted it to be 5X5. The lady kept looking up percentages, and readjusting and reprinting it, first it was too big, then too big again, then still too big, then it was too small, finally after about 15-20 minutes, she finally got it close to the size that I wanted. I requested it to be printed on photo paper, but she printed it on just regular paper that was glossy. She printed the first copy (I was going to get 30) and showed it to me and it was very low quality, super pixilated and grainy. I asked her if that was the best quality she could get it and she said yes. The original JPG was about 2.5MB and should have been very sharp, so I assumed that quality must have been lost when I converted it to a PDF (however since I have checked and the file I sent as a PDF was still 2MB and very sharp), so I asked if it would be better if I put it on a flash drive and came back on Monday since they were about to close. Then, this is what shocked me, when I said I would come back on Monday with the file on a flash drive she said with a very straight face that I had to pay her "for her time" and for the practice prints she did. I was a little taken aback but figured she couldn't be serious, so I tried to laugh, and she just looked at me with a straight face and said "I'm not joking". Then she went on to say that I took up her time, etc. I was just shocked; my jaw must have nearly been on the floor. When she realized how absurd I thought she was being she walked in the back (openly upset), and said "Okay, okay". I walked out the door, after about 30-40 minutes there, and she said I wasted her time. I will never be using them ever again. My recommendation would be to just go to Office Max or Staples. I've literally had thousands of dollars of items printed at staples for work, it's always good quality, and if there are ever any issues they always fix it, their staff is very friendly and professional.
