What a bizarre experience. Ordered prints from image source got an invoice then never received a confirmation that my prints were done. Fine that’s on me I should have followed up. After a passive aggressive phone call asking if I was going to come get my prints I picked my prints up and brought the 11x14 prints that I have specific frames for home. To my surprise All my prints are different sizes. When I called back they said I could bring them in and they would cut my prints….thus losing part of my image? Well lesson learned next time I’ll just buy a paper cutter and call an ex girlfriend to tell me I’m asking stupid questions. Thanks for the random sized prints image source. Props on the quality of image no complaints there.

I had a great experience using them to print some images from my engagement with my fiancé.

We had several great images printed and framed and it was all great.

Then we ordered a large one that had a lot more color interest in it and when we got the print it wasn’t exactly what we hoped... we contacted them and they were SO helpful and printed out samples of 3 variations of our image with different edits (slightly less saturation on one, less darkness on shadow on the other, etc) and then let us choose and reprinted. No additional fee and no hassle. That is excellent customer service by people who care.

It’s not about always getting things right, but it’s about how you respond when situations don’t go perfect. That’s a great business.
