I had a disappointing experience with their customer service. Despite being a loyal customer who has spent thousands with them, I found them disrespectful and significantly more expensive than local competitors. I recommend looking elsewhere for your printing needs.
Edit: After posting this review, the owners contacted me again and exhibited extremely unprofessional behavior, calling me various nasty names in response to my initial feedback. They even left a retaliatory review on my business because they were mad.
2nd edit to the owner's response: Your condescending response to a simple question was incredibly unprofessional. When I asked why the price had literally doubled for the same work, you responded, "Prices have increased... simple as that." This is unacceptable customer service, especially considering I have spent thousands of dollars at your business. I was able to get the same prints for half the price at Minuteman Press, where the customer service was far superior. It's disappointing to see such poor business practices.
I recommend anyone looking for prints to go to Minuteman Press instead, they are right down the street, with much better prices and customer service.

They meet or exceed expectations every time for quality, have clear and professional communication, helpful suggestions, are so friendly and very quick with turnaround.
