I've used them multiple times, typically good quality work with the simple vinyls and htv transfers (4-5 star). Always an issue with the files I send (2 star), so expect an upcharge there (1 star) for editing everything you send. Avoid their DTF options (1 star). Last package made it to an incorrect address so now I'm fumbling around with contacting tenants to have package sent back to me. My average experience is 2.5 stars. Good quality, rough on the customer care. The last order closed the case for me.
