Our church has been faithfully using Gold Image since the pandemic (postcards, 2x3 a-frame signs, posters, pull out banners etc.). They honestly have THE best pricing and turnaround anywhere on the Westside. They even offer same day services. The quality control and end product always delivers fantastic results. I recommend them to all of my friends! THEY ARE CLUTCH!

I was setting a display for a museum gift show and needed a tent that made my product look like a piece of art on display at a museum. They absolutely crushed it. These tents could be used in museums. Really sold the concept. The communication was great.

These guys (esp. Otman) did a great job printing a piece of religious artwork on aluminum. We built a little wooden enclosure for it and installed it outside on a wall in Chicago. After three years it is in perfect condition! The picture below is after 3 years.

This place has so much potential and I keep going back to them because I keep thinking they'll fix the bugs in their system, but their same day service is painful and rarely on time. When you reach out to them about concerns around time sensitive orders, the customer service is rude, disappears for long periods of time and then refunds you the rush fee without acknowledging the issue for the customer for not receiving the work on time as paid for. Then ends customer service chat abruptly, the equivalent of hanging up the phone. I really want to love this place, but I think I'm taking my business elsewhere after too many disappointing experiences with their painfully rude customer service.

Gold Image Printing saved our wedding menus and name place cards!
We had a horrible experience with another print shop and needed new prints ASAP.
They gave us everything we needed within 3 days so we had our prints for the wedding with only one day to spare thanks to that other shops mistake.
The prints came out beautifully!
Sadly there was some pretty bad off registration and smudging on a group of them but I assumed that was because we needed such a rush job that included designs on the front and back with gold digital foil printing. The place cards were all unique as well so it was a tricky order. They offered to reprint but sadly there was no time 🙁
That all said I would happily work with this shop again and highly recommend their services! They truly saved the day <3

I order from Texas and ship to my clients all over the country. Far superior quality over local shops. They are the best!

I reached out to Gold Image Printing about a print project and from the beginning the first representative that helped me was extremely helpful.
I soon learned they just wanted to push me to production all to tell me that my idea of a simple circle foil stamp was too complex for them to complete. All I wanted was a circle gold foil emblem with two letters inside to be embossed in them.
The email from Lea in production simply said "production declined." No idea for resolution or other ideas? They then declined to take any of my calls following up on the matter.
Overall poor communication and unwilling to provide any type of decent customer service.
I am just glad I did not give them any money. Wasted a week of my time. Don't waste your time like I did.

I cannot praise this place highly enough. I didn't figure out my wedding invitations far enough in advance and scrambled to find a local printer who could still make something nice. Not only was the foil on my invitations BEAUTIFUL, but I'd picked a complicated design, with no time, and second guessed some parts to cause general confusion, and Gold Image Printing STILL got me the invitations on time (which was my absolute drop dead date and I would have been completely and utterly lost without them). If you're considering using this shop, stop considering. You've found the right place.
