This costs under $4 at the library, I only came here because the library is closed, I said black and white and he printed color which was a waste of resources. Disappointing that he chose to charge me a random “$19.95” and then “give it to” me for “$15” for 12 pages of lecture slides. Didn’t see any signage for pricing for basic printing, but I came in with good vibes & unbothered to pay a little bit more at a store — left totally ripped off. Clearly not his favorite customer asking for a basic print job instead of an expensive sign but wow, way to take advantage of a neighborhood customer. I treat every job and customer the same whether they are spending $5, $1500 or $5000 but it didn’t feel that way here. Bummer.
