My invitations came out beautifully just as we hoped and they came out on time just as William promised. Very nice folks, bring a USB containing the design and they'll take care of the rest. Thank you guys so much we hope to make more invitations in the future!

I did business with Felt's for many years thenoved out of the area. After returning years later I found that not only do you still get the kind and courteous service as always, but the work is always on time and professionally done. You can rely on the company for many years and I hope for many years forward. Truly a gift to find such a company to work with on a project.

Never again. Never ever! Tried to be nice and send a client with an expensive order. Again same experience. Family fighting and no one helping the counter. I told the client not to go to them. Well… they went to them only to experience a terrible family argument. So they left.

I highly don’t recommend coming here to get anything printed the owners son is very unprofessional and rude
I called with an issue of the improper printing of my mother’s obituary there was issues with the writing and them including email and the wrong date on top of that printing it in the wrong color with it only being two days before my mom’s funeral I called seeing what we can do to fix it and he instantly got on the phone with a attitude
And when I told him that we can’t have hot pink obituaries and pictures at a mainly blue funeral because I believe that was going look like a gender reveal not a funeral he said he couldn’t change the color because his designer wasn’t in which I understood but they wouldn’t be in until after my mothers funeral so there would be no point in me paying for something that you can’t do for me on time so I asked for a refund or accommodation and he said that he would not do that and continue to raise his voice and yell at me as if I was incoherent, and didn’t understand him , and he repeated that he’s only going to fix the writing and that was it so as I followed in telling him that it would be no point in him printing out more obituaries that are the wrong color because we would not use them and if there was anyway we could get any other kind of accommodations, which ended up leading me to having to hang up on the phone because he was still yelling So with that being said, if you are getting anything printed out for a funeral wedding birthday, anything important, I do not recommend coming here. He was very unprofessional.

I have been going to Felt's Printing for over 10 years now and they have always come through. I am an event decorator and designer so I am constantly requesting unique and fully custom designed backdrop props, welcome signs, invitations, favor tags, place cards, dessert table cards, and the list is never ending! No matter how challenging my request has been they have not only figured a way to do but it has also been top quality work. Their staff is very friendly and very attentive to my clients needs.
