Janelle and Matt were extremely helpful when I needed printers for my offices. We were unaware of the Kyocera brand since we have always used Xerox and extremely happy we made the change! Every time we call ECOsource they have picked up their phone and been extremely quick about responding, but we have had zero problems with our Kyocera machines since we received them.
