Our usual distributors were backordered and we needed additional parts that were essential to our processes. Customer Service is Great, but the pricing for rapid prototyping here, for small parts, is 19 times more expensive than if you go to 3D Hubs - and desktop printers tend to have a higher resolution than Dinsmore's commercial-sized FDM printers. If you need the build volume to be larger than a desktop printer, then Dinsmore is probably the way to go.
