Ordered lanyards from DFGraphix, the communication with their design team was horrible. Their main contact person is great. He seemed to understand what I was looking for, but when the proofs came, it wasn't even close to what we discussed. This happened multiple times!! I ordered a specific model of lanyard, which they confirmed, and the final product was delivered with an entirely different product!?!? I'm not sure how they can operate a business this way. They refused to correct the problem and make it right for the customer and our company has sent them to collections to get our money back. Would not recommend this company. Do business at your own risk.
