Literally cant follow simple instructions, even when its spelled out for them in the most simplest terms on multiple occasions.

I came here for laser etching of material I brought.

I first brought samples here of what I wanted and didnt want to make it extremely clear what I needed and what I didnt want.

The sample they made looked just like what I didnt want. They said they would be able to run another sample but on different settings.

Isnt the whole point of running a sample to show me options? Why do I need to drive another 2 hours for you to show me what I told you I dont want. Then drive another 2 hours to see the next sample.

Decided to do it and come back again.

Went back again and they said the other settings didnt look good so we agreed on the original sample that I didnt really want but decided to go through wit hit because I would of had to of paid $75 for the sample.

Well, they ended up running the machine of completely different settings then the sample they ran and we agreed upon. Looks like complete crap compared to the sample. The sample settings were 400dpi at 300 speed.

They rant it at 200dpi 100 speed. Has major banding in the etching. Looks like a printer thats running low on ink.

Told them it was bs, they still made me pay for the sample and my material I bought somewhere else is ruined.

This was supposed to be an art piece that was going to he memorial to honor someones life that died. Now its never gonna be made and delivered because it wont be completed in time.

8 hours of drive time wasted, somewhere around $70 in gas.

Loss of gas, time and money for the material I purchased somewhere else.

Loss of reputation on not delivering the art.

Haunted House/Maze was worth every dollar! Will probably go again with more people. They did a good job in design and scaring. Get there early to beat the line. I’d rather go there than eat then drive around the city visiting other haunted houses and decorations instead of going to Six Flags.

Had a beer flight done for me out of myrtle wood. It wasn't till I got home and checked out the job, the measurements were slightly off. I paid for a cnc job and had craftsman job done. Wish I could get my refund...

Broke the one rule, never change a corporations logo. Do not touch these guys with a 10 foot pole. Not only did they not follow instructions or produce the production files provided, they do not have the appropriate equipment to produce the products sold to us.
